Fits between the raw water pump and the Transmission oil cooler on Inboard engines (MIE).

Also fits I/O Jack Shaft Models or models with closed cooling and a raw water pump mounted on the engine. On the I/O Models it fits between the raw water pump and the Power Steering Oil Cooler.
