will incur a $12.00 Shipping & Handling fee. Orders between $50.00 -
$100.00 will incur a $6.00 Shipping & Handling fee. See your invoice

charges are non-refundable.
Expedited shipping is
now available in most locations. Expedited shipping options will
appear during the checkout along with the costs. Orders placed after
3:30 pm ET on business days, may or may not meet their expedited deadlines.
Basic Power does not guarantee shipping transit times. All shipping
charges are non-refundable.
All transmissions, complete
drive packages and engines are plus freight charges. These
items are shipped via commercial freight lines (not UPS) and are not subject
to the approximate transit times listed above.
Certain heavy or bulky
items (mainly exhaust parts and kits) will incur extra shipping charges to
certain locations (mostly west coast). These charges will be
calculated at checkout. All Starters will be charged an initial $6.00
shipping and handling charge. Call (252) 504-3355 for
information on the shipment of engines.
Our FREE FREIGHT policy is for
shipments within the contiguous US with a freight allowance to other areas.
Shipments outside of the contiguous U.S. will
have applicable shipping added. You will be notified via email
concerning these overseas shipping & handling charges. Overseas orders
will not have shipping automatically calculated in the checkout process. Delivery time to
these locations could be as long as 4 weeks.
When shipments are
refused by the customer, the customer agrees to be liable for any and all
return shipping charges.
All Returns must have a Return
Merchandise Acceptance (RMA) number. RMA numbers may be obtained by
calling our Returns Dept. at (252) 504-3366. Returned merchandise must
be in new condition with undamaged packaging. Any item returned in
damaged or non-sellable condition will be refused. If you return any
items from an order that received FREE Economy/Ground Shipping, the original
shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from
the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. A restocking fee of 20%
will be charged for returns, in order to cover our return costs and
repackaging. No returns after 30 days. No returns on fuel system
parts,
internal engine parts, heat exchangers & kits
or electrical parts.
